A 3-Hour Immersive Healing Workshop for Women

Healing Through Kintsugi

There are moments in life when we don’t need more advice.
We need space.
We need gentleness.
We need to remember who we are.

This one-day immersive workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and heal through the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi — a practice that teaches us how to honor what has been broken and mend it with intention, beauty, and care.

Led by Debbie Widhalm, international award-winning author, speaker, and healer, Healing Through Kintsugi is a heart-centered experience designed for women who are ready to reclaim their worth in a grounded, embodied way.

Why Kintsugi?

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold.
The cracks are not hidden.
They are honored.

In Kintsugi, the breaks become part of the story, not something to erase, but something to illuminate.

In this workshop, Kintsugi becomes more than art. It becomes a living metaphor for healing, self-compassion, and worth.

You will not just learn about Kintsugi. You will experience it with your hands, your heart, and your story.

This 3-hour experience is thoughtfully designed to guide you through healing without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Opening Guided Meditation

We begin with a gentle, grounding guided meditation led by Debbie to help you feel safe, present, and connected.

Teaching: Healing Through Kintsugi

Debbie will guide you through the deeper meaning of Kintsugi and how it mirrors the healing journey — reclaiming worth, honoring what was broken, and choosing how we mend.

Hands-On Kintsugi Healing Practice

You will participate in the Kintsugi process itself, carefully repairing a broken piece as a symbolic and personal act of healing. No artistic experience required.

Reflection, Integration & Community

Through guided reflection and optional sharing, you’ll be supported in integrating the experience alongside other women walking their own healing paths.

Light Refreshments

Enjoy light refreshments throughout the workshop, creating a nourishing and welcoming environment.
